Autumn

My favourite season is upon me. I love everything there is to love about autumn. I am more favourable to this cooler season as I don't like very hot weather. My garden benefited from the extra sunshine. I produced some of my best crops ever. This had to be due to the unusual hot weather we had her in England. I grew peas, corn beets, and tomatoes. In fact there so many tomatoes I have got more than we can eat. Do you guys have some recipes for a glut of tomatoes?

So I realized I haven't posted on my blog for over a year. This came as a real shock to me. So what’s been happening here? My little one is now four and is such a little Madame. My bigger daughter is now eighteen, and just passed all of her A level with flying colours. She is now applying for a university place. Seems just the other day she was born. There is never a dull moment around here!!

Finding time for crafting and art is keeping me sane. I am mostly on Instagram my user name is abbott5948. If you want to go and check out my artwork. If you have heard of inktober I am having a go but its hard going so I will do what I can. I am already a day behind, and playing catch-up!!!

  3. Hi Joy, looks like you had a fabulous harvest in summer 2018. The only thing I would suggest for tomatoes is canning them to use in a variety of ways or making tomato juice. My mom used to do this and it was so good. Congrats to your daughter for finishing A levels with flying colours. I'm sure she will go on to do great things. Little Holly is growing into a young girl and I'm sure you will have lots of fun with her.

  4. Hi Joy! Life is crazy at our place too. There is never a shortage of things to do. The pics of your garden harvest look great. I've always wanted a garden I've just never found the time. One of these years I'll make myself grow one. Here's the link to the pumpkin bread I made. I usually half it because it makes a lot. Enjoy! Blessings to you and your family.
